The mannequin manufacturer EuroDisplay has developed new plastic fittings for their mannequins. From now on EuroDisplay uses solid plastic from the automobile industry for hip and arm fittings. “The new fittings present several advantages”, explains Andreas Gesswein, Managing Director of EuroDisplay. “The slightly altered shape of the fittings makes the set up so much easier. When applying the fittings, they no longer scratch the surface of the mannequin which means a longer durability of the product.” However, the environmental aspect is also important to EuroDisplay - the plastic fittings are fully recyclable.
